Carroll Town Hall Community Room
You are hereby notified of a public hearing taking place on October
1, 2020 at 7:00 PM in the Community Room of the Carroll Town
Hall located at 92 School Street in Twin Mountain, NH. For its
consideration of the matters listed below, the Zoning Board of
Adjustment has requested to hold a joint hearing with the Planning
Board, which is scheduled to meet on this date in regards to the
applications of Vertex Tower Assets, LLC and Industrial Tower
and Wireless, LLC for a special use permit.

• The purpose of the Public Hearing is to review the application
for a Special Exception to allow for the construction of a new 151’
tall lattice style telecommunication tower to be erected by the
applicant Vertex Tower Assets, LLC on property owned by Robert
J Burns and Carmen T Burns at address Rt 3 North in Carroll, NH,
Map/Lot 408-002-001. This location is zoned Rural.

• The purpose of the Public Hearing is to review the application
for a Special Exception to allow for the construction of a 170-foot
lattice style Telecommunications Facility with a 10-foot omnidirectional
antenna to be erected by the applicant Industrial Tower
and Wireless, LLC. To be located on property owned by Bayroot,
LLC c/o Wagner Forest Management, Ltd. at address Rt 3 North in
Carroll, NH, Map 401, Lot 005. This location is zoned Rural.

The Town of Carroll, NH Zoning Board of Adjustment in accordance with N.H. RSA 676:7 will hold a Public Hearing at the Carroll Town Hall, 92 School Street, Carroll, NH on Thursday, October 8, 2020 concerning a request by Garin Family Rev. Trust for a Variance to setbacks concerning article IV section 403.3 of the zoning ordinance.  Applicant proposes to build a single-family residence on the property located at: Map 211 Lot 018-001-009, Rivers Edge Road, Carroll, NH in the Rural Zone.
