NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS – June 1, 2023 at 7:00PM

The Town of Carroll, New Hampshire Planning Board will continue to hold a Public Hearing at the Carroll Town Hall, 92 School St, Twin Mountain, NH on Thursday, June 1, 2023 at 7:00 PM. The Board will consider a Subdivision and Site Plan application submitted by Horizons Engineering, Inc. on behalf of Echo Lake Investments, LLC. The applicant proposes a 17 multi-family lot subdivision.  Extending Geodessy Way with water and drainage infrastructure. Property is located Route 3 South, Twin Mountain, NH, Map: 203 Lot: 053-000-010.  This property is zoned Residential Business (RB). (5/4/2023)

 

The Town of Carroll, New Hampshire Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing at the Carroll Town Hall, 92 School St, Twin Mountain, NH on Thursday, June 1, 2023 at 7:00 PM. The Board will consider a Site Plan application submitted by Kevin Smith for a Change of Use from a restaurant to light manufacturing for a microbrewery.  Also to add Unit 1A bay separating out former restaurant/lounge. Property is located at Route 3 South, Twin Mountain, NH, Map: 207 Lot: 033-000-009.  This property is zoned Residential Business (RB).

 

The Town of Carroll, New Hampshire Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing at the Carroll Town Hall, 92 School St, Twin Mountain, NH on Thursday, June 1, 2023 at 7:00 PM. The Board will consider a Site Plan application submitted by Quaint Glamping, Inc. for a 3 Phase project that proposes 45 domes.  This application is for Phase 1, which contains 12 domes. These domes are rental “studio” living spaces with a bathroom and kitchenette. The project proposes one 24’ wide road to provide access to the domes as well as emergency access. The project also includes a base camp that will allow the customers to check in. The base camp and the 12 domes will be served by a private well and septic system located on site. Property is located at Route 3 North, Twin Mountain, NH, Map: 205 Lots: 043, 046 and 047.  This property is zoned Residential Business (RB).

 

The Town of Carroll, New Hampshire Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing at the Town Hall 92 School Street, Twin Mountain, NH on Thursday, June 1st ,2023 at 7:00 PM. The Board will consider a Subdivision Application submitted by Gardner Kellogg on behalf of Daniel Shaheen, to subdivide an existing 29-acre parcel of land into two parcels. Both parcels will be served with onsite septic and wells.  The property is located on Route 115, Carroll, NH, Map: 407 Lot:054-001.  This property is zoned Rural (RA).
