NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CONTINUED FROM – SEPTEMBER 1, 2022

The Town of Carroll, New Hampshire Planning Board will continue to hold a Public Hearing at the Town Hall 92 School Street, Twin Mountain, NH on Thursday, October 6th, 2022 at 7:00 PM. The Board will consider a Subdivision Application submitted by Mark Vander-Heyden on behalf of Tanya Heritage, to subdivision an existing 5-acre parcel of land into two lots.  One at 2 acres with existing home and one at 3 acres undeveloped. Both lots to be served by onsite wells and septic systems. Common drive access at Lennon Road to be over existing paved driveway.  The property is located at 140 Lennon Rd, Carroll, NH, Map:410 Lot:034-000-002.  This property is zoned Rural (RA).
