NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS – FEBRUARY 2, 2023 at 7:00PM

The Town of Carroll, New Hampshire Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing at the Town Hall, 92 School Street, Twin Mountain, NH on Thursday, February 2nd, 2023 at 7:00 PM. The Board will consider a Site Plan application submitted by ReVision Energy, on behalf of AMC Highland Center, for the installation of a 76.8kw DC ground mounted solar array, and a 17.6kw DC rooftop solar array.  The arrays are estimated to produce 118,151 Kilowatt-hours annually to offset the Highland Center’s electrical usage.  These projects are an expansion of small existing rooftop solar arrays on the wood shop and maintenance garage.  The ground mounted array will be located south-west of the main lodge and east of the railroad tracks.  At its peak, the ground mount array will stand approximately 12 ft. above grade. 6 ft. agricultural fencing will surround the array and inverters. The property is located at 4326 Route 302 East, Carroll, NH, Map: 423 Lot: 002-000-000.  This property is zoned Residential-Bretton Woods (RES2). 

 

The Town of Carroll, New Hampshire Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing at the Town Hall, 92 School Street, Twin Mountain, NH on Thursday, February 2nd ,2023 at 7:00 PM. The Board will consider a Boundary Line Adjustment Application submitted by Gardner Kellogg on behalf of Mark and Lynne Wheeler. The applicant proposes to adjust the boundary line adding .93 acres to Map/Lot 207-020-044-010 coming from Map/Lot 207-020-043-011, to accommodate the existing buildings. This property is zoned Residential-Twin Mountain (R1). If the application is accepted as complete at this time, a Public Hearing may be held immediately after.

 

The Town of Carroll, New Hampshire Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing at the Town Hall, 92 School Street, Twin Mountain, NH on Thursday, February 2nd ,2023 at 7:00 PM. The Board will consider a Boundary Line Adjustment Application submitted by Thomas S. Smith, on behalf of Bayroot LLC c/o Wagner Forest Management LTD, Richard & Nancy Gould and Plage Revocable Trust of 2013. The applicant proposes to adjust the boundary line adding 14.25 acres to Map/Lot 416-011-010-C10 and 23.46 acres to Map/Lot 416-011-011-C11 coming from Map/Lot 408-008-000-000. This property is zoned Rural (RU). If the application is accepted as complete at this time, a Public Hearing may be held immediately after.
