Welcome to The Town of Carroll, New Hampshire.

Town News and Notices:

On Monday, November 16, 2020 the Town Hall will be closed to the public until further notice due to the increasing numbers of Covid cases both State-wide and locally.  Essential employees will still be in the building and can be reached by phone or email.   If you need to use the food pantry, please call the office and arrangements will be made.   If you need assistance, the phone number at the Town Hall is 603-846-5494 and choose the appropriate department.

Many forms you would need to pick up in person are available online through specific departments tabs or on the forms and applications page.  Payments can be made through the mail or the online services provided (extra fees do apply.)

Due to COVID-19/Coronavirus crisis and in accordance with Governor Sununu’s Emergency Order #12 pursuant to Executive Order 2020-04, The Town of Carroll Boards are authorized to meet electronically.  The Boards will be conducting meetings through the Zoom app.

We are encouraging residents who wish to speak during Public input or have questions to submit them prior to the meetings at selectmen@townofcarroll.org (Select Board) and landuse@townofcarroll.org (Planning and Zoning.)
