PLANNING BOARD – PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Pursuant to RSA 675:3 and RSA 675:7, the Carroll Planning Board will hold a public hearing on:
Wednesday, January 27th, 2025 at 5:00PM in the Carroll Town Hall-Community Room-92 School St., Carroll, NH
To review proposed amendments and additions to the Carroll NH Zoning Ordinances as follows:
-Amendment No. 1 -Definition of Garage
-would add a definition for garage.
-Amendment No. 2 – Definition of Warehouse
-would add to the definition of warehouse.
-Amendment No. 3 – Amendment Zoning Ordinance
-would change setbacks only of 403.3 Residential: RES 2
-Amendment No. 4 – Amendment Zoning Ordinance
-would change the setbacks for residential businesses
-Add Zoning Ordinance
-would add to section 403.4A Residential-Business: R-B – Campgrounds
-Amendment No. 6 – Amendment to Uses Table
-would allow warehouses for storage & distribution by special exception
-would allow pet boarding and day care facilities as permitted by special exemption
