The Town of Carroll, New Hampshire Zoning Board of
Adjustment in accordance with N.H. RSA 676:7 will hold a
Public Hearing on Thursday, June 13, 2024 at 6:30 pm
concerning a request by Mark & Heather Wingate for a Variance
to setbacks concerning article IV, section 403.2 of the zoning
ordinance. The applicant proposes a change in the front
setback from 30 feet to 26.5 feet to accommodate a garage for
the property located at: Map/Lot 417-061-000-022, Paquette Drive,
Carroll, NH 03595 in the Residential Zone.
