The Town of Carroll, New Hampshire Planning Board will meet at 5:00pm on Thursday January 9, 2025 for a Site Plan Review and Major Subdivision Plan for Echo Lake Map/Lot 206-053-000-010, 206-058-000-001, 206-058-001-002, 206-058-002-003, 206-058-003-004, 206-058-004-005, 206-058-005-006, 206-058-006-007, 206-058-007-008, & 206-058-008-008. The applicant is requesting a condominium re-subdivision of the 9 existing duplex lots and 17 future duplex lots.
