The Town of Carroll, New Hampshire Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing at the Town Hall, 92 School Street, Twin Mountain, NH on Thursday, February 1st, 2024 at 5:00 PM. The Board will consider a Boundary Line Adjustment Application submitted by David Scalley. The applicant proposes to adjust the boundary line between Map/Lot 203-009-008-008 and Map/Lot 203-009-009-009. The acreage on each lot will stay the same with the proposed lot line adjustment (6.28 acres and 7.54 respectively). These two properties are both zoned Rural. If the application is accepted as complete at this time, a Public Hearing may be held immediately after.
