The Town of Carroll, New Hampshire Planning Board and Zoning Board of Adjustment in accordance with N.H RSA 676:7 will hold a Joint Public Hearing on Thursday June 6, 2024 at 5:00pm concerning a request by Industrial Tower & Wireless for a Special Exception pursuant to Article VIII, Section 804.3 of the Carroll Zoning Ordinance. The applicant proposes to build a 170’ lattice style Communication Facility located at Map/Lot 419-015-000-000 40 Old Cherry Mountain Road, Carroll NH 03595 in the Residential Bretton Woods area. The Town of Carroll, New Hampshire Planning Board and Zoning Board will hold a Joint Public hearing at the Town Hall, 92 School Street, Twin Mountain, NH on Thursday June 6, 2024 at 5:00pm. The Board will consider a waiver request in regards to Article VI, Section 6.02 (12) & 8.05 Storm Water Management for RSA 674:44. The applicant proposes changes made to the existing grade will be very minimal and the surrounding area will remain intact for storm water runoff.
