a. Rehab Facilities – Outcome of Legal Consultation about whether it could be
added to the Zoning Ordinances as “not allowed”.
b. Short term rental properties- Permitting/Registration? Should there be two
different applications, one managed by the homeowner and one for a
management company? Was to be reviewed and bring comments and
suggestions to the next meeting (9/07) for approval.
c. Warrant Article to be voted on at Town Meeting for short term rental
properties-has Tara responded back on suggestions?
d. Omni Properties-updates? (Austin Alvarez-were there any updates in
August?)
e. Some other items that still need discussion:
-Definition of alteration – when is a building permit needed?
-501 – one building per property-Corinne present email from Chief
Duncan
-Definition of garage
-403.1-table of uses-not in the table not allowed-should that be
changed?
