Hicks II is looking to sub divide lots with existing road frontage on Route 115, Twin Mountain, New Hampshire, Map 407-Lot 054-000-000 and Map 407-Lot 066-000-000. Approximately 100 acres on one side into 4 lots and 20 acres on the other side into 3 lots.

 

  1. Waiver- 28 Bill barb Road, Map 407-055-004-004 looking for approval of hardship situation for a driveway, per Planning Board meeting on 7/1/2021.
