PUBLIC NOTICE
TOWN OF CARROLL
Industrial Tower & Wireless (the “Applicant”) has applied to the Town of Carroll Planning Board for a Special Use Permit and Site Plan Approval, and to the Town of Carroll Zoning Board of Adjustment for a Special Exception, to construct a 170’ tall lattice style Telecommunications Facility (170’ to the top of the highest appurtenance) at 40 Old Cherry Mountain Road Carroll NH 03595, Tax Assessors Parcel 419-015-000-000. The Applicant will conduct a Visual Demonstration to illustrate the location and height of the proposed Facility by raising a balloon to the height of the proposed Facility of 170’and one at 85’. Said Visual Demonstration will be held Wednesday June 12, 2024 from 7:30am – 11:30am, weather and wind conditions permitting. In the event of inclement weather this will be rescheduled for Tuesday June 18, 2024 from 7:00am – 11:00am.
