The Town of Carroll, New Hampshire Zoning Board of Adjustment in accordance with N.H. RSA 676:7 will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, February 8, 2024 at 6:30 pm concerning a request by Jules Marquis/JELP, LLC for a Variance to setbacks concerning article IV, section 403.4 of the zoning ordinance. The applicant proposes a change in the front setback from 40 feet to 17 feet to accommodate the replacement of an existing shed for the property located at: Map/Lot 206-049-000-000, 149 US Route 3 Carroll, NH 03595 in the Residential-Business (R-B) Zone.
