Applicant proposes five (5) of the seven (7) buildings on the property do not meet setback requirements for the Residential-Business Zone. The specific setback requirements for the property are Front-40ft (commercial), Side-20ft and Rear-25ft. The property is located at: Map/Lot 206-060-000-001, #371 Route 3 South, Twin Mountain, NH in the Residential-Business (R-B) Zone.
